The residential complex consists of three blocks and is located in the Bay of Kotor in the quiet fishing village of Bijela, Herceg Novi municipality. It is situated 12 km from Herceg Novi, 2 km from the ferry, 20 km from Kotor, and approximately 12 km to the Tivat airport, with a travel time of 30 minutes.
